Confirmation: Bookings are valid only after receiving full/partial payment and issuing a confirmation voucher.
Pricing: All prices are subject to change until payment is complete (excluding confirmed bookings).
Payment Deadlines: Failure to pay balances by the due date may result in automatic cancellation (see Cancellation Policy).

Non-refundable Items: Deposits, airline tickets, and third-party fees (if applicable).
Force Majeure: No liability for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest.
Valid Documents: Ensure passports/visas meet destination requirements. We’re not liable for denied entry due to invalid paperwork.
Travel Insurance: Highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip interruptions, or losses.
Health & Safety: Comply with local laws, including vaccinations or COVID-19 protocols.
Itinerary Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify routes, hotels, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances (with equivalent alternatives).
Tour Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued if we cancel a tour (excluding non-recoverable costs).
Damage/Loss: You’re liable for damages caused to accommodations/transport during your trip.
Behavior: Disruptive conduct may result in termination of services without refund.
We’re not responsible for:
Injuries, accidents, or theft during the trip.
Delays/cancellations by airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors.
Changes due to weather, strikes, or government advisories.
All content (logos, text, images) on our platforms is owned by The Travel Advocates. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, our services, or your travel bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, with the High Court of Punjab and Haryana serving as the primary judicial forum for resolution.
